Terms and Conditions:
The parking renter agrees to these terms and conditions. The monthly rent is $185.50. That amount covers Parking, Administration Fees, and Processing Fees. Today, you will pay a pro-rated amount for the number of days left in the month. On the first of next month, you’ll be charged the full amount of $185.50 and each month thereafter.
Please keep your credit card current. If your credit card payment fails for any reason your parking agreement will be canceled and you will have to register again. If you decide to cancel for any reason on or after the first day of the month, there will be no refunds.
*****Failure to pay on-time, the first day of every month will result in late charges of $15.00/per day until the account is brought current*****
Big Shop Diesel Services is not responsible for any damages or theft of property. The renter must park personal vehicles in assigned spots. All cars left onsite must have current registration.
- No servicing oil changes or major repairs are allowed in parking spots.
- Subletting of monthly parking space is prohibited & will terminate the rental agreement immediately.
