Big Boss Bar and Plate Charge Air Cooler - International I-Series

Replace a leaking or damaged charge air cooler on International I-Series trucks with this PDI cooler. Mounted in the charge-air path between the turbo and engine, it removes heat from the compressed intake air before that air reaches the cylinders.

This version uses a bar-and-plate core. Air passing over the outside of the cooler carries away heat from the charge air inside. The resulting cooler intake air is denser, while an intact core keeps boost air in the system. It is the charge-air heat exchanger for the truck application above; match the core dimensions and pipe connections to the installed unit.
