Big Boss Exhaust Manifold Volvo Ceramic Coated Black

This black ceramic-coated PDI Big Boss exhaust manifold collects exhaust from Volvo D13 cylinders and directs it to the turbocharger. It replaces the manifold at the engine’s exhaust ports and provides the connection between the cylinder head and turbo system.

The manifold joins the separate exhaust-port outlets into the turbo’s incoming gas path. A sound manifold keeps that route sealed, making it a replacement option when the original casting or connections are damaged. The black finish suits an engine bay where a darker appearance is preferred.
