Restore the top end of Volvo D13 engines with this PDI Stage 1 cylinder head. The head closes the cylinders and carries the valve arrangements that control air entering the engine and exhaust leaving it.
The head also contains internal passages for coolant and lubrication around the valves and combustion area. It is a major replacement component when the original head is cracked, damaged or unsuitable for further service. The casting, valve materials and assembled components below describe the supplied head.

- Cylinder-head casting uses compacted graphite iron (CGI).
