Restore the turbo system on Volvo engines using the HE431VE turbo with this PDI variable-geometry turbocharger. Its adjustable exhaust flow helps the turbo build boost as engine speed and load change, supplying the air the engine needs for combustion.
The variable mechanism changes the turbine-side opening to control how exhaust energy drives the turbo. This lets the same turbo respond to changing engine demands. The supplied actuator and sensor components, where included in the product details, are part of the replacement package.
