Cover the hot turbine housing with this PDI turbo blanket for the X15 VGT turbo. The blanket helps contain radiant heat at the turbo rather than letting it spread directly into the surrounding engine bay.
This is a thermal cover for the specified housing arrangement. The X15, CM2250/CM2350 or 1.15/1.32/1.45 housing designation identifies which version to select. The material and temperature details below apply to the blanket itself.
Product details
- Silica contact layer on the turbine-housing side.
- Rated by PDI for continuous operation at 1,800°F.
